By partnering with Digital Tushar Joshi (DTJ), Dadu Fresh implemented a revenue-focused digital growth strategy across Meta Ads, marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart, and performance-led campaigns to scale profitable online sales rather than vanity metrics.

Challenges Faced
Dadu Fresh operates in a highly competitive FMCG beverage market with increasing digital advertising costs and intense competition. Educating consumers about product purity, health benefits, and premium pricing was a major challenge.
